Associate Strategy Director (f/m/d) - Studio X

We’re looking for a digital first Associate Strategy Director to work on annual planning, campaign planning and always-on planning for digital activity across The Coca-Cola Company brands. 
Working closely with client, media, creative and analytics teams, you’ll provide strategic services for mapping Consumer Ecosystems, Content Strategy and Owned Channel Strategy (SEO, UX). 
We’re looking for someone who can shape and support important strategic conversations and dialogues with the client, from running or supporting in senior workshops, to building strategic approaches and frameworks for a senior audience.
You will help push the vision of StudioX and the client, to use content in more creative and compelling ways across the customer journey.
You’ll be looking to develop your skills and experience as a digital specialist, but have an understanding of how digital integrates into wider campaigns. 
You will also be involved in TV, print, radio etc campaigns, as well as extensions of global platform ideas, and in some cases, the strategic and creative origination of cross-channel campaigns for local brands.

  • Creating and implementing content and campaign strategies. 
  • Originating and overseeing content plans from strategy through to execution. 
  • Working closely with day-to-day clients to react and respond to comments, questions, and opportunities across the content studio
  • Working with media teams and analysts to produce reports and reviews 
  • Developing best practice and best in class content and toolkits
  • Bring your passion for and knowledge of digital and content to support the wider team and agency with ideas, expertise and guidance. 
  • Keep up with all the latest social developments and changes, with an understanding on how social fits into wider consumer experience and touch points.
  • Managing and developing other strategist resources within the team.

Was du mitbringst

  • Proven ability to plan and create impactful content campaigns and toolkits 
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital specialisms including SEO, PPC and eCommerce
  • Confidence dealing with clients, including presenting
  • Comfortable with data and numbers as well as words – able to produce monthly reports on impact and describe this performance to clients. Any experience of using social media insight tools and platforms is a bonus (e.g. Facebook insights, Google Analytics)
  • Writing skills – from inspiring creative briefs to trends reports to persuasive argument in a presentation
  • Comprehensive understanding of research and insight gathering methods (e.g. primary, secondary, quant, qual)
  • Able to juggle a busy workload with multiple moving parts
