Complaints procedure of Scholz & Friends Family

Our Right to Speak complaints procedure is designed to enable people to report risks relating to or violations of human rights, environmental obligations or other applicable laws which are caused by the actions of Scholz & Friends Family or our business partners in the supply chain. The procedure is therefore a key part of our process of fulfilling human rights and environment-related due diligence obligations.

Details of the stages of the procedure and the rights of reporting persons as well as other relevant information can be found in the Rules of Procedure for the complaints procedure.

The complaints procedure is at the disposal of anyone who is themselves affected by a risk or violation or has witnessed a relevant incident. The advocacy organizations of affected persons may also use the mechanism.

The procedure via EthicsPoint is operated by NAVEX Global, an independent third-party provider. Complaints can be submitted here.
